Middlegate

The early emigrants passed through three opening in the hills of Nevada to the east Fallon. The second was called Middlegate. This became a weigh station and the back wall (see below) is said by the proprietors to be original to the era of the Pony Express? It is still on a junction and one can find food,drink, and a place to spend the night - just like the 1850's.
