Most people know that Las Vegas was the home to the nuclear testing done by the Untied States of America. Most don't know that 8 tests were completed around the country in different rock strata. Project Shoal was a an underground nuclear test southeast of Fallon, Nevada. It was testing the affects of the granite rock formations in which it was exploded.
